Carving Pumpkins

I finally got excited for Fall! I have been in denial hoping that it will just stay warm and summery but this last weekend I finally gave in. Mark had the great idea to carve pumpkins with Josh and Melissa. So...we went to a cute little man's house in Draper and picked out our pumpkins. I forgot how fun that can be, picking the exact right one just for you! When Josh and Melissa came we carved, ate pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and watched "Garfield's Halloween". Then, we roasted pumpkin seeds from our pumpkins and smothered them in cinnamon sugar and salt and watched "JAWS"! It was so fun! Bring on Halloween!
